  • Physical Course Materials: Shipping times vary depending on the delivery location. Standard processing time is 2-5 business days, and shipping may take an additional 5-10 business days based on location.

  • For physical course materials, cancellations or changes to an order are only permitted before the shipping process begins. Once shipped, no cancellations or refunds shall be granted.
  • If the course materials are received in a damaged condition, the student must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing clear photographic evidence to request a replacement.
